The seven day review

Look back at what changed, what helped and what you want to carry forward. Take your time and answer what feels useful.

Looking back at your own week is part of the experiment, and noticing how your own attention works is what makes it easier to catch next time.

Your daily check-ins stay on this device. If you choose to complete the review, your review answers will be sent to The Attention Experiment to help us understand what people are noticing.

Part one

Where you are now

The one that matters most When do you catch the scroll loop now? Catching it sooner than before is the whole thing. Answer for how it tends to go now, not how you would like it to go.
You catch it by saying Scroll Loop, out loud or inside your head.
How confident are you that you can catch the scroll loop? Zero is not at all. Ten is every time.

What actually worked

Part four

Why we ask

This review is first for you. We also collect the answers to see what people notice and whether the experiment helps. We only ask for a first name if you choose to be quoted with it, and the review never asks for your email or anything else that identifies you. If you are under 18, we only accept the review when an adult is doing it with you, and we never publish anything a young person wrote alongside their name unless we have permission.
